Come and join us for our 14th Annual Bear Run at Roseland Resort.

AUGUST 8-10, 2008

Relax, play, unwind, commiserate, with your friends, new and old while taking in the beautiful Hills of West Virginia at Roseland with 220 acres of privacy.

This year we are planning many activities to ensure that you won't get all tuckered out.  Take a dip in Roseland's brand new pool!  Or check out the stars the new Observatory!  Roseland's has many upgrades including NEW Cabins, and Electric Tent Sites this year.  The professional staff at Roseland, plus the Bears of ARKTOS will make it a great weekend to get away. 

RUN FEES

Our Run fees are as stated:  BOOK Early!

March 30th - May 30th - $60.00   

June 1st - June 30th - $70.00

July 1st - July 31st - $80.00

August 1 - August 5 - Late Run Fee - $100.00

Fee includes participation in  all ARKTOS activities:

ARKTOS complimentary gift, All Games, Wine tasting, Ice Cream Social, ARKTOS cookout, After hours parties, beverages and much more!

ARKTOS prides themselves as a social organization that helps by giving back to the community by raising money to help charities with an ongoing effort to help those who are suffering with HIV & AIDS, and local Food Charities and we will be raising money for the AIDS Task Force of the Upper Ohio Valley.  All proceeds will go to help this worthy charity.

All reservations for accommodations must be made with Roseland. 304-455-3838

Tell the associate that you are booking for ARKTOS Bears in the Woods XIV or BEARSPA 2008 to ensure you are in a designated BEARSPA area.

PLEASE BOOK EARLY!!!!    Space will go quickly!!!

Prices range from $15 - $184 a night (private rooms and Cabins are based on double occupancy  including Breakfast & Dinner)
